Let’s get ready to Rumble!!!!! 7:00 pm.This Saturday November 22nd at Cocoa High School. Your hometown Brevard Warriors will play the two time SEFL champions in our third pre-season match-up. “This game will really let us see where we are as a football team and give us a good ideal as to where we need to improve”. (said Head Coach Doug Ruggles) The Central Florida Thoroughbreds are 30-3 over the past 3 seasons and won back to back championships in the Southeastern Football League in 2006 & 2007 as well as AAA Minor League Football National Champions during those same years. The Brevard Warriors are coming off a tough loss to the Lauderhill Panthers last week after leading 28-6 in the 3rd quarter, the Panthers clawed there way back to win 44-35.
Warriors Suffer First Loss of Pre-season in Club Esteem Benefit

The Warriors took the field Saturday November 1st 2008 looking for it’s second win of the preseason against the Lauderhill Panthers. The first half started out great for the Warriors with a 28-6 lead. However things quickly turned around for the Panthers in the 3rd and 4th quarter as they out scored the Warriors second team 38-7 The final score was Panthers 44 Warriors 35. Jarrel Kelly had 3 touchdowns on 103 yards rushing and Jay Smith was applying pressure all night with 2 1/2 Quarterback sacks the for the Defense. The Warriors will be playing their next game November 22 2008 Vs the Central Florida Thoroughbreads.
Brevard Warriors Win Big at MS Benefit Football Game

The Brevard County Warriors are the hometown professional minor league football team on a mission. The Warriors’ mission includes making a positive impact on the people of Brevard County. On Saturday, October 18th the Warriors kicked off the first of five pre-season charity games when they played the Palm Beach Titans. The proceeds from the game went to benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Central Florida. The Warriors got off to a great start and led 31 to 3 at half-time on the way to a 47 to 18 victory against a team that was 8 and 2 last year. Jerrel Kelly led the team with a kickoff return on the opening play for a touchdown. He also had three receiving touchdowns. Dustin Bryant led the team in rushing. The first string defense only allowed 3 points and scored a touchdown on Lorenzo McDowell ‘s interception return. The Titans will Remember the Warriors.......
Warriors Working to Clean-up Park for Youth Football

The Warrior's team is working hard to make a difference in our community and to be a role model for today's youth while representing Brevard County. The team spent two days remodeling the Mo Stradley field stadium and concession stand for all of the community to enjoy. Replacing old wood and painting the building, stairs and fence's. Also repainting the goal post's and working on the practice field. We are excited to be able to make a difference in our community and are now working on reviving the Cocoa youth football team. Our player's will be mentoring and working with the youth teaching them values and skills needed to play.
Warriors Working With Kennedy Space Center and Sharing Center

The Brevard Warriors players and dance team was out at the Kennedy Space Center on Sept. 28 9am-5pm.. collecting canned goods for the Central Brevard Sharing Center. Patrons that brought in canned goods received free entry into the Space Center. The Sharing Center is a local non-profit organization that helps people in Brevard County meet their needs. The Brevard County Warrior's Minor league football team and Lady Warrior's dance team are proud to announce registration time for this season's youth dance team. We are honored to represent Brevard County as your hometown football team. We know that education is very important, and our team strives
to help all students fulfill any goals they may have.
Children, ages 5-17, are encouraged to sign up, email us for your registration form, and get the opportunity to stand side-by-side with our athletes as they take part in all kinds of Brevard Warriors football events, including possible modeling opportunities. Open registration will be held from now through January 3rd 2009, the day of our first scheduled practice. Every child will receive a Brevard Warriors uniform and set of Pom Poms. One hour practices will be held on Sundays at Wickham Park, where a variety of dance styles will be taught, including hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and cheer! The cost is a one-time registration fee of only $100.
The Brevard Warriors and dance team have been working hard in the community throughout the year, including assisting with the recent brush fires and hurricane disasters, and also working with the Red Cross and The Brevard Sharing Center in Cocoa.
Our goal is to make a positive impact on the people of our community. We want to be role models for students and encourage them to share our values of honesty, caring, and the social responsibility to help the community and make a difference.
